As a BCPA Certified "A" Judge, Scott has judged

Drum Corps Instructor
Scott is currently an instructor for the Robert Malcolm
Memorial Pipe Band. RMM is one of the largest Pipe Bands in the world & is part
of the SFU Pipe Band.
